愛知県小牧市出身。２６歳。
十代半の頃、ヒップホップの音楽に触れる。１９歳で初めてラッパーとしてステージに立つ。２０歳で障害者福祉の仕事に携わる。一般社会から隔離された「閉ざされた福祉」いうイメージを変えたいと思い、「もっと開かれた福祉にしたい」という思いをラップに込めて歌うようになる。２１歳で「Lot　Falcon」として活動を始める。ラップ×福祉の音楽活動を続ける中、中日新聞や地元の広報誌などで「福祉ラッパー」という見出しでメディアに取り上げられるようになる。２０１５年に自身初となるアルバム「ノーマライゼーション」をリリース。また福祉発信レーベル「Limited Life Action」を立ち上げ、音楽イベントに福祉的要素を取り入れた企画運営をし、情報発信・提案をしている。障害のある人にもない人にとってもフェアな世の中であるように今日も歌い続ける。
Lot FALCON ( Takahiro Hasegawa )　　　Musician
Takahiro Hasegawa met Hip Hop music in his teenage days and has been associated with it. He rapped on the stage at the first time when he was 19. At the age of 20, he was involved in the work for welfare for handicapped. Believing to change the image of “Closed welfare” which was isolated from general communities to “Opened welfare”, he raps with the passion. His activism was introduced in the Chunichi newspapers and local newspapers with the title of “Welfare Rapper”. In 2015, his first album “Normalization” was released. And also, he established so-called Welfare-Informing label “Limited Life Action” and manages events of music with welfare to inform and propose his ideas. He has sung to realize the fair world for everyone including handicapped people through his music.
